·      Operating partners: ExCEOs or C-Suite professionals that work with Management in specific stages or situations. Typically participate in the Board of Directors.

·      Functional experts: selectively bring funtional experts within our network to support the entrepreneurs in specific projects or tasks

We are a family-owned investment vehicle which allows us to take fast decisions, have no upfront constraints on the timing of our investments and exits, and can be flexible in choosing the most optimal financial strategy (size and type of intruments)
